Who we are

Praxis Rock LLC (“Praxis Rock Advisors,” “we,” “us” or “our”) operates praxisrock.com and is responsible for the personal information described here. This policy explains what we collect when you visit the site, book a call or send us a request, which services handle it for us, and the choices you have.

What we collect

What you give us

When you book a call or send us a request, you give us your name, your work address, your company and what you tell us about your needs. If you sign up for our newsletter, you give us the address to send it to.

What is collected when you visit

Like every website, our host receives your IP address, browser, device and the pages you request. Our analytics tools record which pages you view, how you arrived (a search engine, a link or directly) and the links and buttons you use. We do not collect information to build advertising profiles, and we do not run advertising trackers.

How we measure the site

We use PostHog to count visits, see which pages and links people use and measure how fast pages load, so we can improve the site. PostHog processes this for us under a data processing agreement and may not use it for its own purposes.

We also use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views without cookies. It runs only for visitors who have not turned analytics off.

Visitors in the UK, the EU, the EEA and Switzerland, and any browser sending Global Privacy Control

We measure your visit without cookies or browser storage. Each visit is counted with a code that changes every day and cannot be traced back to you, and we do not link the pages you view to you. If you book a call, the booking records only how you reached the site, for example a search engine or a link, and nothing else about your visit. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal information, and we honor it in the same way wherever you are.

Everyone else

PostHog sets first-party cookies and browser storage that last up to 1 year, so we can tell repeat visits apart. If you book a call or send us a request, we link it to your earlier visits on this site so we know which pages and channels lead to conversations. We never use this for advertising.

Turning analytics off

The control at the top of this page turns off all measurement on this browser: PostHog and Vercel Web Analytics stop loading. We keep one small note in your browser to remember the choice. Clearing your browser storage removes it, and you can turn analytics back on with the same control.

Services that handle your information

We use these services to run the site and to answer you:

• Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running.
• PostHog counts and measures visits as described above.
• Calendly runs our booking calendar. If you are in the UK, the EU, the EEA or Switzerland, the calendar loads only when you choose to open it, and Calendly asks for its own cookie choices. For cookies set through the calendar, Calendly acts as a separate controller under its own privacy notice.
• HubSpot holds the record of each request and booking, with your contact details, so we can follow up.
• Resend delivers the messages we send you: the acknowledgement of your request and, if you sign up, the newsletter. The newsletter is sent only after you confirm your address.

We do not sell or share your personal information, and we have never done so. We may disclose information when the law requires it, for example in response to a subpoena.

Legal bases

For readers in the UK, the EU, the EEA and Switzerland: we rely on our legitimate interests to measure the site and to handle requests and bookings, and on steps taken at your request to schedule a call.

Transfers

Vercel, PostHog and Calendly are US companies that receive data in the United States. Each is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, its UK extension and the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework, with standard contractual clauses as a fallback.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and request data for up to 3 years after our last contact with you, unless the law requires longer. The PostHog cookie lasts up to 1 year. Server logs are kept for the period our host sets.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws, and of the UK, the EU, the EEA and Switzerland, have these rights by law. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

To make a request, write to support@praxisrock.com. We answer verified requests within 30 days, or sooner where the law requires.

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS, and only the people who need your information to answer you can see it. No method of storing or sending information is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Children

The site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If we learn that we have, we delete it.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use information we already hold, we will say so on this page before it takes effect.
